We Process Y-catcher! processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

When submitting the contact form, the entered data is read in the secure environment of Outlook (Office-365) so that we can contact you. If follow-up appointments arise from this, we will store the data mentioned above in a secured Office-Access environment.

We do not process special or sensitive personal data such as birth dates, ISBN numbers, religion, etc.
Y-catcher! processes your personal data for the following purposes:
To send a quote and/or invoice.
The login credentials you provide are stored in a secure environment, which the data administrator will only provide to Y-catcher! employees when necessary. You can always change your login details yourself, after which we will no longer have access and will not be able to perform any further work on your website.

Processing Contact Forms on Customer Websites During the construction of a new site or in the case of malfunctions, the contact or registration form will temporarily refer to an @y-catcher.nl email address. This is used for testing purposes. After the website is delivered, we will redirect the contact form to the customer’s email address and will no longer have any access to the submitted contact forms on customer websites. The data will also not be stored on the server unless the customer explicitly requests a plugin that does so. The customer is responsible for mentioning this in their privacy policy.
